Orders

How do I place an order?

Select the product you need, check the product details carefully, choose the available option if required, and continue to checkout. Before completing the order, make sure your email, delivery address, and product selection are correct.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only help before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the order is in fulfillment, changes may no longer be possible.

Will I receive order confirmation?

Yes. After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email address used during purchase. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us with the email used at checkout.

Product fitment

How do I know which Xenon or LED bulb is correct?

Always compare the product title, bulb type, vehicle model, year range, and product description with your current part. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and include your vehicle details.

Can you help me choose between Xenon, LED, ballast, or control unit?

Yes. Send us the product you are viewing and your vehicle information. We will help you understand which category is most relevant for your lighting issue or upgrade.

Are product photos always identical to the part I receive?

Product images are used to represent the item clearly, but packaging or small visual details may vary by supplier or batch. The product title and description should always be reviewed before purchase.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on eligible orders over EUR 50, according to the shipping options shown at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery times can vary based on destination, carrier, and product availability.

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, tracking details are sent after your order has been processed and shipped.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?

Returns are handled according to our refund policy. Items must be eligible, unused, and returned within the allowed policy period where applicable.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us with your order number, photos if relevant, and a clear description of the issue. This helps us review the case faster and provide the correct next steps.

Payments and security

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted payment providers. Elias Auto Hub does not store full card details on the website.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments, PayPal, and other supported options depending on your location.

Can I change currency or country?

Use the country and currency selector in the top bar when available. The available countries and currencies depend on the active Shopify Markets settings.
